In our hybrid homeschool classes, students attend classes twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
On non-class days, students complete assignments at home, reinforcing what they’ve learned.

Math 6 & 7 are two separate classes. Each strengthens basic multiplication, division, percentage, measurement, and geometry skills. Daily mental math and problem-solving exercises will increase their math skills.
Students will then progress to PreAlgebra.
PreAlgebra is a combined MS/HS class offering an introduction to basic algebra concepts and a review of arithmetic concepts. The course emphasizes the concepts necessary to be successful in Algebra 1 and 2.
PreAlgebra helps students develop good mathematical study skills and learning strategies.
PreAlgebra currently meets Tuesday & Thursday afternoons.
Algebra 1 is the foundation for all future mathematics courses. It introduces the fundamentals
of algebraic problem solving such as, equations, solving inequalities, exponents, polynomials,
and factoring, radical expressions and equations.
Algebra 1 meets Tuesday & Thursday afternoons
Algebra 2 continues to build a foundation of mathematics for those students going on to PreCalculus and/or college. This course is for students to develop skills in manipulating and solving linear, quadratic, exponential, polynomial, radical, rational, and logarithmic equations.
Algebra 2 meets Tuesday & Thursday mornings
This course builds on Algebra 1 skills with the application of geometric principles to the physical world. It emphasizes the study of the properties and applications of common geometric figures in two and three dimensions. It also includes the introduction to trigonometry.
Geometry meets Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.
This class follows the Dave Ramsey Curriculum Foundations in Personal Finance. Teens will learn the money skills they’ll use now and for the rest of their lives so they’ll have a solid foundation when they’re out on their own.
Topics include budgeting basics, saving money, credit and debt, consumer awareness, career readiness, college planning, the role of insurance, and more.
Personal Financial Literacy meets Tuesday & Thursday mornings.
Generally, middle and high school classes have a limited enrollment of 15 students. However, individual math teachers often cap their classes at a much lower enrollment. Please contact teachers individually to inquire about specific classes.
With a hybrid scheduling approach, students meet in the classroom for teacher-led instruction once or twice weekly as determined by their class.
Teachers assign homework that students are required to complete on the other 3 or 4 days of the week. Parents are responsible for ensuring homework is completed and returned to school for the next class.
